Last night we met the street kids of Eldoret, Kenya, homeless children who live in dumps. They spend their days picking through the trash, and they inhale glue all day in an attempt to forget their situation and numb their hunger. Morris, an Open Arms Kenya staff member, is a former street kid who ministers to the street kids every day. Open Arms founder David Gallagher says, “For those who would doubt that these kids could actually quit sniffing glue and get off the streets and make a difference, there’s a guy, Morris, right in front of them all the time to show them it can be done.” Morris believes that if he can change, they can change too. Watch this powerful testimony by clicking the photo above.

Tonight, we’ll hear from founders David and Rachel Gallagher and about the permanent difference they’re making in Eldoret, Kenya. Tune in to KPTV FOX 12 Oregon during the 10 o’clock news.
