More than 1750 treated in 4 days

Well, the medical clinics are finished, the tents have come down (with less acrobatics than they went up), the kit is all stored at the office, the Ugandan team have returned to Uganda, and everyone feels that the week has gone well.
God has certainly been glorified with some amazing healings through prayer, and 79 people came to faith during the 4 days so praise God for that also.
The approximate figures for the 4 days of clinics are:
1776 people seen
400+ through eye clinic
150+ through dental (that’s a very busy tooth fairy!)
1350+ prescriptions filled
And when you think that almost all the people who came through are people who otherwise can’t afford medical care, or ever get dental care, or ever dream of affording an eye test, that’s a big impact that we were able to make, and all through God-given strength: praises to Him!
Last night we had a wonderful final meal with all the team, staff, medical students, Ugandan doctors and other key people at the Noble. It was a great atmosphere and afterward we moved outside to sit ’round a huge bonfire and the Kenyans showed us westerners how to have a real party and gave some good Kenyan dancing demos!
Now it is the last day - a time of debrief, then out to the Village to hang out there with the kids until we fly home.
Everyone here is very grateful for all the prayers of support we have been surrounded by, as well as all the individual support in helping us get here in the first place. It has been an awesome trip in many ways, God has been amazing and each person returns home changed in some way for the better.
